Sunbury based, busy building maintenance company is looking for an Organised and enthusiastic person to provide a valuable and important support function. Duties will comprise of general office administration including managing a job costing system (in house training will be provided). A key part of the job is providing support not only the the Office Manager but also the Operations Managers in the day to day running of this busy company, which includes telephone work, contact with our clients and dealing with our skilled tradesman. Reporting initially to our Office Manager, the role will require initiative and the ability to work in a close-knit team. This is a responsible position and the successful applicant should be able to work under pressure within the team, organised and have a good telephone manner.
